Sue and I were brave (or stupid) I'm not sure...
and we took 4 kids bowling. When we got there... there was over and hour wait. *SIGH*
Thankfully...there is a GAME ROOM!!!!
Hadley and Grace rode motorcycles...
and T joined in on the cars...
Aunt Kimmie had to help him reach the peddles... thankfully she popped in and helped us a few minutes.
Davis looked like a pro!
he wanted to be a big boy and push on his own....but them he couldn't see - hahahahaha
then T jumped on with Hadley... check out her arm - she was all worried that he was going to fall off (so sweet) - so Kimmie held onto him to assure her...
then we played basketball...
while they others kept riding...
then T jumped in front!
Davis then hunted...
and they all rode the "roller coaster"
I think they liked it. I was worried... the 5 year old before him got off and was crying. Not my little daredevil.
Onto air hockey (can you believe it's STILL not time to bowl? We couldn't!!!
Aunt Kimmie took lots of videos...
and Uncle Sue told T how to play air hockey...
FINALLY - time to bowl! (At this point - it took us another hour to EAT) - *SIGH*
Gracie is up! Ball mid-flight!
When it wasn't their turn....these two (dressed alike - how funny) chased each other and wrestled
Hadley bowled....
and T's first time bowling... I taught him how to celebrate REGARDLESS of how many pins you hit!!
here he is all on his own....
high five for all!!!
hugs between the boys
and silly faces immediately following...
I treated all the kids to a Shirley Temple (do you capitalize that when it's not her but named after her?) ... that they had never had and LOVED!!
hugs between "cousins"
and fun for all. It took FOREVER to get the kids in bed... Sue and I polished off a bottle of wine and caught up for an hour... then passed out.
God help us, next time it's Girl's night - JUST US!!!!
Looks like everyone had a great time, especially the kids....My question is, did you and Sue pass out from exhaustion or the wine you consumed??? hehehehehe
